Day 01: Mollepata - Soraypampa

- 05:10 hrs. departure Cusco mollepata
- 08:10 hrs. (approximately) arrival in mollepata
- 08:30 hrs. breakfast in mollepata
- 09:00 hrs. walk from mollepata to Sayllapata, 4 hours approximately
- 12:00 hrs. lunch in sayllapata
- 13:00 hrs. walk from sayllapata to soraypampa, 3 hours approximately
- 17:00 hrs. Campsite
- 19:00 hrs. Dinner.
In this passage you can appreciate different ecological zones: plains highlands, small house groups, amazing views of the snow-covered salkantay, Humantay and Soray. The coldness of this place is really felt
Day 02: Soraypampa - Challway

- 10:00 hrs. snack on the way
- 12:00 hrs. lunch in Huayracmachay
- 13:00 hrs. walk from Huayracmachay to Challway, 3.5 hours apporximately

In this passage you walk across the mountainside of the majestic Apu Salkantay. After this, you continue in a progressive form the jungle region of Cusco, where we appreciate exotic plants, in addition the climate begins to be tropical
Day 03: Challway - Playa

- 07:00 hrs. walk from Challway to Playa Sahuayaco, 6 hours approximately
- 15:00 hrs. campsite
- 19:00 hrs. dinner
In this passage we appreciate jungla flora, hot springs, cataracts as well as small dumps of the place .
Day 04: Playa - Aguas Calientes
- 07:00 hrs. breakfast
- 07:45 hrs. walk up from Playa to Llactapata, 4 hours approximately
- 11:45 hrs. walk to the central hydroelectric power station of Machu Picchu (train station) for 1.5 hours
- 14:00 hrs. lunch in Hidroelectrica
- 15:45 hrs. local train to Machu Picchu village (Aguas Calientes)
- 16:45 hrs. accommodation in hostel with private bath and hot water
- 19:00 hrs. dinner
Day 05: Aguas Calientes - Cusco
- 04:30 hrs. breakfast
- 05:00 hrs. bus Aguascalientes to Machu Picchu
- 07:00 hrs. Guided visit in MachuPichu for 2 hours with the official guide, after this free time in the ruins, recommendable to walk up to the hill Huayna Picchu, to visit the Temple of the Moon, the Inca Bridge and/or the Intipunko.
- 14.30 hrs. Go down by bus Machu Picchu ruins - Aguas Calientes.
- 16:20 hrs. by train: Aguas Calientes - Ollantaytambo, by bus: Ollantaytambo - Cusco,
- 20:00 hrs. arrival at Cusco (aprox.)

Very important: For booking the trekking Salkantay - Machu Picchu you have to send the following information: complete name and last name, date of birth, nationality and passport number. Students have also to send their scanned ISIC card and children up to 7 years their scanned passport.
Advice: For passengers of private groups with extra charge (in excess) we offer in rent an extra mule or an extra packhorse for usd $80.00 for 3 days.
Recommendations
- Passengers should bring with them the following personal things:
- Personal hygiene, a small first-aid kit containing some bandages, muscle ache lotion, pills against altitude sickness, fever, stomach aches, bottled water and purification pills, sun cream, sunglasses, binoculars, photo camera, flashlight, plastic covers, stick, trekking shoes, thermo-clothes for the cold nights, light clothes for the day and some money. Besides, the original passport and students as well their international student card ISIC.
